For INEO, entrepreneurship is not only about creating businesses. It is a pathway for people to develop autonomy, confidence, problem-solving capacity, initiative and the ability to act in uncertain environments.
That is why our work has always combined entrepreneurship promotion, employability, facilitation, experiential learning and support systems. The objective is not only to transfer knowledge, but to help people move, decide, test, learn and build their own future.

INEO connects more than 20 years of field-based consulting with a digital ecosystem designed to make active learning more accessible, inclusive and measurable.
A field-tested foundation for action-based learning
INEO’s roots are in entrepreneurship promotion, employability and human development. Our approach has been shaped by more than 20 years of work with support organizations, cooperation programs, facilitators and institutions operating in complex environments.
The CEFE mindset and experiential learning principles are part of this foundation. Participants do not develop entrepreneurial competencies by receiving information passively. They develop them by living situations, making decisions, producing results, reflecting on what happened and applying what they discover.
This heritage gives INEO its core principle: learning must be active, practical and connected to real life.
